MAINTENANCE VISITS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
- Check all electrical connections and devices for tightness and wear
- Maintain equipment free of excessive oil and grease
- Check amperage draw where applicable
- Check fan blades and blower wheels for proper rotation and air movement
- Lubricate bearings as needed
- Replace filters and/or wash reusable filters (1”-2” standard filters included, all other filters sold separately)
- Check drive belts for wear and proper alignment, adjust as needed (belts sold separately)
- Test equipment operation
- Check condenser and evaporator coils for dirt build up
- Check condensate lines for proper drainage
- Notify the appropriate person of any recommended repairs or improvements
