“Rob is definitely one of the more unprofessional people we have come across. From every publication I have found it is more than acceptable to change out furnace filters once every 3 months. He elected to exhibit the highest degree of being a condescending jerk and informed my wife we needed to change out the filters every 2 weeks. His response was every house is different. We had this system installed by Advanced Air put in December of 2023. He was more interested in arguing about filters than diagnosing the problem of a water leak. We have family that works for this company and they made some recommendations to ask the service tech to which Rob felt the need to laugh in my wife's face and the kicker with this is he was training a new service technician. We purchased a warranty when we had this system installed covering labor and service and parts as well. Perhaps he needs to be reeducated upon being a better ambassador of his company and some customer service education for him could go a long way.”

“We were having trouble with excessive dust in our house and suspected issues with our ductwork. We called two other companies who responded quickly and provided us with estimates to replace our ductwork, but never entered our crawl spaces. Dan came out from Advanced Air, got into the crawl space, repaired two broken connections and provided us with photos and options for further steps and maintenance. We now have our system functioning normally and the kicker is, “no charge!” Guess who does our maintenance from now on!”
